Who can use iku69

You must be at least 18 years old. You’re responsible for your account and for everything made with it; keep your sign-in details to yourself.

What you may upload and make

You may only upload photos you have the right to use. You must not use iku69 to make or share:

• anything sexual involving a minor, or anyone who looks like one — reported to the authorities;
• sexual or intimate images of a real person without their consent — use photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed;
• content meant to harass, deceive, impersonate or defame someone;
• anything else that is illegal where you are.

AI providers may refuse a request under their own rules. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refunding credits.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in what you upload and in what you make. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service — including sending it to the AI provider that renders your request — and, only for renders you set to Public, to show them on iku69. AI output can be unexpected or inaccurate; check it before you rely on or share it.

Credits and payments

• Renders cost credits, shown before you start one. New accounts get free credits to begin.
• You buy credits with Telegram Stars. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Credits don’t expire, can’t be exchanged for money, and can’t be transferred.
• If a render fails, its credits come back automatically. Credits spent on renders that completed are not refunded.
• Credits from a payment that is refunded or reversed through Telegram are taken back, and the balance can go below zero.

The service

We work to keep iku69 available but don’t promise it will always be, or that any particular model will stay offered. We may change features, models and prices; a price change never affects a render already started.

iku69 is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using iku69 at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use iku69 after a change means you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
