iku69 (“we”) makes pictures and videos from templates, prompts and the photos you upload, on the web at iku69.ai and through our Telegram bot. This page explains what we collect, why, who handles it for us, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and name. If you sign up with a password we store only a one-way hash of it. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
- Telegram details. If you use the bot or connect Telegram: your Telegram user id, username and first name, and — only if you choose to share them — your phone number or an email address for account recovery. We also keep the text of your conversation with the bot (what you send, the buttons you tap, and the bot’s replies — not your photos) for 90 days, to help with support and to improve the bot.
- Wallet sign-in. If you sign in with a crypto wallet: your public wallet address. Signing in signs a message only — we never see your keys and no transaction is made.
- What you make. The photos you upload, your prompts and settings, and the pictures and videos rendered for you.
- Credits and payments. Your credit balance and its history. Payments are made with Telegram Stars inside Telegram; we receive Telegram’s payment reference and the id of the Telegram user who paid, never card details. If you pay in USDT or USDC, we keep the transaction id and the sending wallet address, which are public on the blockchain anyway.
- Visit statistics. To see how people find iku69, each page you open is counted with where the visit came from (for example Telegram, Instagram or a search engine), the app or browser it opened in, the kind of device, and your country. Two first-party cookies hold random ids — one for this browser, one that ends after 30 idle minutes. We don’t store your IP address for this, don’t share it, and delete it after six months.
- Technical data. Server logs such as request times, errors and IP addresses, kept by our hosting provider for operating and securing the service.
How we use it
- To run your renders and keep them in your private library.
- To sign you in, on the web and in Telegram, and to keep the two in step.
- To add credits you pay for, refund credits for renders that fail, and prevent abuse.
- To answer you when you contact us.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your photos or renders to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
Your data passes through these services, only as far as each one is needed:
- AI rendering providers — your prompt and any photos you attach are sent to the provider of the model you choose (currently Higgsfield, BytePlus ModelArk, MiniMax and ASOP) or to GPU servers we rent from RunPod.
- Railway hosts the app, its database and stored files.
- Telegram runs the bot and processes Stars payments.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Slack carries our internal activity alerts — a partly hidden email, the prompt and render details. Never your pictures.
Some of these providers process data outside your country.
Who can see your work
Everything you upload or render is private by default. A render becomes visible to others only if you set it to Public; you can make it private again at any time. Public renders may appear on our home page and in Explore with your first name.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your account and library until you delete items or ask us to close your account. You can delete renders and uploaded photos yourself in the app. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email [email protected] from the address on the account (or quote your support code from the Telegram bot) and we’ll remove it within 30 days. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Adults only
iku69 is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we close accounts we learn belong to a minor.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters. Questions: [email protected].
